- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Butter or oil for cooking
- 2 slices of bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble until cooked through.
- Toast the bread while the eggs are cooking.
- Spread the cooked eggs over one slice of toast and top with remaining slice of toast.
