Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Butter or oil for cooking
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble until cooked through.
  4. Toast the bread while the eggs are cooking.
  5. Spread the cooked eggs over one slice of toast and top with remaining slice of toast.
  6. Enjoy!
