Sauteed Veggies
Ingredients
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
