- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
