Ingredients
  • 2 bunches Swiss chard, rinsed and roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the Swiss chard to the pan and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve warm.
