- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the spinach to the skillet; season with salt. Cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
