Sauteed Spinach
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • Salt to taste

Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the spinach to the skillet; season with salt. Cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
