- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut into slices.
- Mince garlic.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add white wine, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes until liquid is reduced.
- Serve hot.
