Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the kale to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm.
