Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
  • 1 large bunch kale, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp.
  2. Add the kale to the pan and cook until wilted.
