Sauteed Greens
Ingredients
  • 2 bunches of greens (collard, mustard, turnip, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps
  1. Wash and chop the greens.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until softened.
  4. Add the greens and sauté until wilted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
