Sautéed Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and oregano, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
