Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, onion and celery until sausage is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain off any excess fat.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the stuffing mix until evenly moistened. Stir in the cooked sausage mixture and chicken broth.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
