Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, and white vinegar.
  3. Spread the potatoes onto a baking sheet.
