Salsa Verde
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the oregano and stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
