Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces salmon fillet, cut into 8 slices
  • 8 slider buns, split in half and toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, pepper and salt. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon slices.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon slices and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. To assemble the sliders, spread mayonnaise on each of the toasted buns. Place a salmon slice on each bun and top with dill.
  4. Serve immediately.
