- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces salmon fillet, cut into 8 slices
- 8 slider buns, split in half and toasted
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, pepper and salt. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon slices.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon slices and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
- To assemble the sliders, spread mayonnaise on each of the toasted buns. Place a salmon slice on each bun and top with dill.
- Serve immediately.
