Salmon Fillet
Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Brush with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot.
