- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish.
- Brush with the olive oil mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
