- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a medium bowl, mix together the salmon, onion, parsley, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Form into 8 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
