- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon.
- Add salmon and mix until just combined.
- Form into 4 patties and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with Lemon Dill Sauce (see recipe below).
