- 2 lbs. salmon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons capers, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon, mayonnaise, capers, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Mix until combined.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the burgers. Cook for 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
