Salmon Burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. salmon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons capers, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, mayonnaise, capers, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Mix until combined.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the burgers. Cook for 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
