- 1 lb. salmon, skinned and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill weed and salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Serve on hamburger buns with lemon dill sauce.
