Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon, skinned and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns, split

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill weed and salt and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns with lemon dill sauce.
