- 2 salmon fillets, skinned and boned
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of diced celery
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In a medium bowl, combine the onion, celery, mayonnaise, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into burgers.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the burgers to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
