Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of diced celery
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the onion, celery, mayonnaise, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into burgers.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the burgers to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings.
