- 5 ounces cooked salmon
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 1/4 cup sushi rice
- Lay out the nori sheet on a flat surface.
- Spread the sushi rice evenly across the nori sheet.
- Spread the wasabi paste in a thin line near one edge of the sheet.
- Place the salmon and avocado slices on top of the wasabi paste.
- Roll up the nori sheet, using your fingers to press it together.
- Cut into 8 equal pieces using a sharp knife.
