Ingredients
  • 5 ounces cooked salmon
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 1/4 cup sushi rice

Steps
  1. Lay out the nori sheet on a flat surface.
  2. Spread the sushi rice evenly across the nori sheet.
  3. Spread the wasabi paste in a thin line near one edge of the sheet.
  4. Place the salmon and avocado slices on top of the wasabi paste.
  5. Roll up the nori sheet, using your fingers to press it together.
  6. Cut into 8 equal pieces using a sharp knife.
