Ingredients
  • 4 cups salad greens
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad greens and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
