Salad Greens Salad
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens, such as romaine, spinach, and arugula

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
