Rosemary Roasted …
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic and rosemary; toss to coat.
  4. Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  6. Serve warm.
