  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the fresh rosemary over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
