Root Beer Pulled …
Ingredients
  • 3-4 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups root beer
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large roasting pan, combine pork shoulder, onion, garlic and root beer.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours or until pork is tender.
  4. Remove from oven and shred pork using two forks.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and smoked paprika.
  6. Pour over shredded pork and stir to combine.
  7. Return to the oven uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.
