Ingredients
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Toss bell peppers and onion with olive oil on a baking sheet.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
