- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut sweet potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix until sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread sweet potato wedges onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
