- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip sweet potato slices over and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
