Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip sweet potato slices over and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm.
