- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the salmon.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot.
