- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot.
