Roasted Potatoes …
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Serve hot.
