Roasted Potatoes …
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes; flip potatoes, and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
