Ingredients
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges and olive oil.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
