- 3 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges and olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper and mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
