- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and sea salt.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
