- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread green beans onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over green beans and serve hot.
