- 2 lbs. baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
