Roasted Cauliflow…
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
