- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
