Roasted Cashews
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Toss cashews with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin and salt.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let cool before serving.
