Roasted Butternut…
Ingredients
  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the cubed squash on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
